RW Powder Coatings Ltd operate a fully automated production line, utilising some of Europe's most modern process equipment.

High speed bespoke conveyor systems allow faster turnaround times whilst ultrasonic filtering of the powder achieves one of the most pure finishes available.

Large and awkwardly shaped pieces are catered for in one of our two manual application areas, where skilled applicators use the latest equipment and new ovens to achieve a consistent finish with no impact on the warranty.

We also offer specialist paint finishes such as Warm-Touch and Anti-Graffiti.
