Buffing / Linishing
Using skilled operatives and a full range of the most modern equipment, RW offers a finishing service for a full variety of parts and components straight from machine shop manufacture
Vibratratory Finishing
With a number of new tumbling machines, RW can provide a service to deburr, polish and soften edges on a variety of parts from numerous engineering processes and industries.
Wet Applied Finishes
In consultation with the customer, RW can provide finishes not possible with powder coating to meet the needs of individual projects.
Powder Coating
Customised finishes can be developed to give the customer maximum options for their products and provide a consistent and durable finish. Ultra modern equipment and application in clean room environments allow RW to cater for the most high quality markets.
Paint Stripping
Bespoke equipment and the use of environmentally friendly chemicals which are non-destructive to the substrate, reduce reject levels and allow all rework to conform correctly to the specification required.
Bead Blasting
